Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all chauffeur services and tour packages provided by Rajkaran Travels. By placing a booking you accept them.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after our travel desk acknowledges it by call, WhatsApp or email. Fares shown online are estimates based on the distance, vehicle and timing you select, and may be revised if the itinerary changes.
Billing
Trips are billed on the higher of actual kilometres run or the published minimum kilometres for the selected vehicle. Tolls, inter-state permits, parking, and driver night-halt charges are payable at actuals in addition to the quoted fare. GST is charged as applicable.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Later cancellations, or no-shows at the pickup point, may attract a driver mobilisation fee of up to 25% of the estimated fare.
Waiting time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from flight landing; all other pickups include 30 minutes. Waiting beyond this is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Passenger conduct
Smoking, alcohol consumption and carriage of prohibited goods are not permitted in our vehicles. Any cleaning or damage cost caused by passengers will be recovered at actuals. Seating capacity may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Liability
We operate insured, permit-holding vehicles with licensed chauffeurs. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes or other events beyond our control, nor for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
