Rajkaran Travels respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you book or enquire we collect your name, mobile number, email address, pickup and drop locations, travel dates and any notes you add. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
How we use it
Your details are used solely to confirm the booking, assign a chauffeur, contact you about the trip and raise an invoice. We may send occasional service messages about your booking; we do not sell or rent your data.
Location search
Pickup and drop suggestions are fetched from the Photon geocoding service, which is built on OpenStreetMap data. Only the text you type in the location field is sent to that service.
Sharing
Trip details are shared with the assigned chauffeur so they can reach you. Where required by law or by transport authorities, we may disclose trip records.
Retention & security
Booking records are retained for the period required by tax and transport regulations, then deleted. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to us. We will act on the request unless we are legally required to retain the record.
