Is the fare shown on the website final?

The fare shown is a close estimate based on road distance, the car you pick and our published per-kilometre rates. Tolls, state permits and parking are charged at actuals and confirmed on call before the trip starts.

Do you provide one-way outstation drops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One-way drops are available on most routes. Because the car has to return empty, one-way trips are billed on a minimum kilometre basis which is shown in your estimate.

Are your drivers verified?

Every chauffeur is police-verified, badge-holding and trained on highway and ghat-road driving. Driver details are shared with you before pickup.

What is the cancellation policy?
